Steps to make 甜甜圈

  • 1.主料全部放入面包机,启动和面程序。
  • 2.揉成光滑面团后加入黄油继续揉面,直到面团扩展阶段。
  • 3.揉好面团后收圆,启动发酵程序,发到两倍大即可。
  • 4.取出面团排气,静止十分钟后擀开呈大片,用甜甜圈模具压出面丕。
  • 5.把甜甜圈面丕,放在提前撒了少许干面粉的烤盘里,启动烤箱发酵功能,进行二次发酵。
  • 6.二次发酵大约四十分钟后,面丕发酵好。
  • 7.油锅烧至5成热,放入面丕,进行炸至,不停两面翻面。
  • 8.炸至金黄捞出沥干油份,表面撒糖粉,凉透后食用。
  • 9.太好吃了,一口气吃了三个。
