日式凉拌鲍鱼【芸芸小厨】
鲍鱼很有营养,但是总没办法处理得有滋味。日式做法里面,让鲍鱼在煮好的汁里面浸泡一夜,汁水的味道将鲍鱼的鲜味提升,又保留了鲍鱼劲道的口感,是我最喜欢的鲍鱼做法了。

  • 生抽250ml
  • 200ml
  • 清酒200ml

Steps to make 日式凉拌鲍鱼【芸芸小厨】

  • 1.鲍鱼洗干净,清理掉壳上的沙。
  • 2.将水、生抽、糖、清酒、生姜片放入锅中,加入鲍鱼,大火煮20分钟左右。浸泡8个小时左右。
  • 3.吃的时候捞出来摆盘就好。
