咖喱鸡肉饭

Steps to make 咖喱鸡肉饭

  • 1.准备所有食材,鸡腿肉,土豆,胡萝卜。
  • 2.大米洗干净,蒸米饭。
  • 3.将鸡肉切块,土豆,胡萝卜切滚刀块,洋葱切块,甜椒切块。
  • 4.将鸡肉切块,洋葱,甜椒切块,胡萝卜,土豆切滚刀块。
  • 5.锅里放底油,煸香洋葱。
  • 6.将鸡腿肉放入煸炒至变色。
  • 7.分别下入胡萝卜,土豆翻炒。

  • 9.待土豆,胡萝卜微烂时放甜椒,咖喱,转小火,不断搅拌到咖喱溶化,防止糊锅。
  • 10.将米饭扣在盘中,盛上咖喱鸡肉即可。
