友谊的小船~爱上超甜的焦糖杏仁、花生碎糯米船
杏仁糯米船,又名杏仁酥,是一道简单易做的小甜品,口味甜香、酥脆,适合做小零嘴。
酥脆的外壳,内馅经糖浆包裹,在烤制过程中变得更加焦脆浓郁,咬上一口就停不下来了。
满嘴的坚果香气,沁人心脾的甜,吃上,就放不下了~

Steps to make 友谊的小船~爱上超甜的焦糖杏仁、花生碎糯米船

  • 1.春天已走远,我的餐桌依然春意盎然~男女老少都爱的零食小嘴~焦糖杏仁糯米船焦脆可口,满嘴酥香,好吃得停不下来可以根据个人口感喜好添加不同的坚果比如:杏仁,花生碎,芝麻,瓜子仁,黑芝麻等。为了松脆的口感建议用坚果,烤了会更脆的食材。此次我有添加了混合果干的口味,不过没有单一的坚果好吃。不过整体来说非常的美味。想吃的可以试试哈。
  • 2.除杏仁片,花生碎和糯米船之外,所有的食材放入锅中,小火加热至糖融化,糖浆冒泡泡。
  • 3.加入杏仁片,搅拌均匀,确保糖浆和杏仁片完全拌匀。
  • 4.拌匀后在烤盘里垫一张油纸,将内馅整形成比糯米船稍小一点的形状,放入冰箱冷冻半小时。
  • 5.将糯米船依次摆放在烤架上;同时预热好烤箱;150度,18分钟。
  • 6.冷冻好的内馅,切小片放置糯米船的中间切记不要切得太大哦,否则烤制的时候糖浆要留下来的哦。
  • 7.我用的是KAYI卡亿烤箱,上小烤模式,150度,18分钟。
  • 8.放入烤箱的中间层。
  • 9.通过烤箱透明的玻璃可以看到内部烤制的状态。
  • 10.18分钟后出炉啦。
  • 11.其貌不扬,却好吃得不行,接下来我们再做不同馅料的。一样的做法。
  • 12.这个是添加了不同果仁的,里面有些葡萄干和蔓越莓,这个其实加进去和单独的坚果口感还是要相差不少的。不过也好吃的呢。^_^
  • 13.还做了燕麦片的,消耗一些多余的食材是最佳的选择啦~里面的内馅不要方的太多,我这个稍多了些,烤完后有几个糖浆有从边缘留下来亲们做的时候注意哈。^_^
  • 14.这次两层一起烤的,烤架的这一层放上面,因为中间有缝隙,热量能透下来,烤盘在下面。
  • 15.这个是放了花生碎的。
  • 16.两层烤换了上下烤带360度循环风模式的,这样多层烤依然能加热均匀。
  • 17.70L的烤箱就是大,一次性烤的也多,依然是150度,18分钟。
  • 18.烤好啦,可以出炉了。
  • 19.这个是加了燕麦烤的,看起来金黄金黄的,是不是好想吃呀。
  • 20.烤好后再美美的摆盘,倒上一杯喜欢的饮料,可以坐下来好好品尝啦。
