Steps to make 开胃莴苣瘦肉丝

  • 1.准备材料:莴苣500克  瘦猪肉230克 香菇4朵 郫县豆瓣酱1勺 干淀粉1汤勺
  • 2.莴苣,猪肉,香菇洗净切丝。
  • 3.淀粉加入切好的瘦肉,加适量的盐,味精,调匀。锅内倒油,下拌好的猪肉丝,香菇炒熟。
  • 4.加入一勺郫县豆瓣酱(不能加多,不然豆瓣酱就会喧宾夺主)炒匀。
  • 5.炒好的肉丝先装盘待用。(手机照的,效果不怎么好哦)
  • 6.锅内倒一点油,加入切好的莴苣丝翻炒。
  • 7.待莴苣丝7分熟,加入刚才炒好的肉丝,继续炒。
  • 8.待莴苣丝7分熟,加入刚才炒好的肉丝,继续炒。
  • 9.加入半茶勺的盐(郫县豆瓣里含有盐分,建议盐加平时的1/3),1勺味精,装盘。OK
