凉拌面
凉面是各家有各家的拌法,各家有各家的口味,但总之一点就是面条要过水。说来也奇怪,平时吃过水面就容易肚子不舒服,这一到了夏天,吃过水面肚子也不会不舒服了,可能这就是天气在告诉我们,夏天才适合吃过水面吧。

  • 芝麻酱3勺
  • 陈醋2勺
  • 酱油1勺
  • 1/2勺
  • 1/2勺

Steps to make 凉拌面

  • 1.芝麻酱加入适量的清水搅拌均匀,这一步很重要,芝麻酱如果不稀释直接吃会比较腻,而且味道也不好。
  • 2.加入陈醋、酱油、盐、糖搅拌均匀,酱汁就调好了,其实放一些大蒜末味道会更好,只是吃了嘴巴里会有味道。
  • 3.面条下锅煮熟,煮面条的时候在清水里放一点盐,煮出来的面条更劲道,而且还要用筷子搅拌,防止面条粘在一起或沉底,中间点2次左右的清水,煮到面条没有硬芯为止,再过凉水,沥干水分。
  • 4.面条加入调好的料汁,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.黄瓜切丝,香菜切末,一起加入到面条里。
  • 6.最后淋上辣椒油,当然这辣椒油要现炸的更香。
