  • 3.取100克土豆泥,加入油、糖拌匀。
  • 4.倒入黑全麦自发粉和水。
  • 5.揉成均匀面团,盖上保鲜膜发酵。
  • 6.面团蓬发。
  • 7.分割成10等分。
