    Steps to make 迎客松

    • 1.小青菜去茎留叶清洗干净备用
    • 2.取黄瓜一根清洗干净,纵向取瓜皮一根待用
    • 3.将清洗干净的青菜叶切发丝装盘
    • 4.锅至旺火上,放适量的食用油烧至60度左右放青菜丝过油至酥脆
    • 5.取已切好的瓜皮一根做迎客松的茎,把过油的青菜丝做迎客松的树头在二分之一处分枝,将白糖撒在树头做雪霜点缀
    • 6.将黄瓜切指甲片做波浪点缀
    • 7.把火腿肠切锥形做假山点缀,香菜做青草点缀
