  • 4.大火烧开,改中火炖40分钟即可。
  • 5.粉条洗净冷水下锅。
  • 6.煮熟。
  • 7.捞出放大碗里。
  • 8.取白菜芯。
  • 9.切细丝。
  • 10.取鸡胸肉,拍一拍,撕成条。
  • 11.香菜洗净切段,所有食材放一起。
  • 12.大蒜去皮洗净放食盐和鸡精。
  • 13.捣成蒜泥放陈醋和生抽。
  • 14.放麻酱。
  • 15.放香油。
  • 16.放腐乳汁拌匀。
  • 17.放鸡汤。
  • 18.搅拌均匀。
