  • 1.备齐所需食材;低筋面粉过筛,加入盐,小苏打,橄榄油拌匀;
  • 2.再加入牛奶拌和成面团;
  • 3.用擀面杖将其擀成薄片;
  • 4.裁切整齐,再切成均等的小块儿整齐码放在烤盘上,用叉子在表面均匀的叉上小孔;
  • 5.烤箱温度165度,时间13分钟,预热后放入烤盘,烤好后取出放凉待用;
  • 6.用刨丝器将柠檬表皮刨成碎屑l;
  • 7.细砂糖与水混合,倒入小锅内,加热至细砂糖全部融化(或用微波炉加热也可以)
  • 8.蛋黄液倒入打蛋盆内,用电动打蛋器低速搅打均匀;
  • 9.边搅打,边倒入糖浆,直至搅打至浓稠;待温度恢复常温后,加入黄油,搅打至颜色变浅,再拌入柠檬皮屑,打好的奶油霜装入裱花袋中;
  • 10.剪一个小口,挤在饼干背面,两片饼干压和。
