无粉蜂蜜栗子蛋糕
曾经用栗子推演菠萝蜜核,而今,收到一包迁西板栗,又从菠萝蜜核来倒推栗子。
关于栗子的蛋糕其实还是挺多的,一搜一大堆,个个精致无比。然而,心里想的,却是曾经无粉菠萝蜜核蛋糕似的粗犷。栗子蛋糕有很多,但纯粹用栗子做粉的蛋糕好像还木有。于是就将曾经的无粉菠萝蜜核蛋糕稍做调整,演绎成栗子版的无粉蛋糕。
马芬的快手做法,只是蒸栗子剥栗子需要一点时间。栗子很香,破碎成粉的时候香气四溢,让人直咽口水。
烤好的栗子蛋糕比想象中膨胀得高些,表面看起来像是岁月磨砺的石头,掰开,里面湿润而柔软。淡淡的蜂蜜味道,好像也还不错。。。。

  • 熟板栗肉160克
  • 牛奶60克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 蜂蜜20克
  • 葡萄干20克
  • 玉米油20克
  • 小苏打0.5克
  • 泡打粉2克

Steps to make 无粉蜂蜜栗子蛋糕

  • 1.用料:熟板栗肉160克,牛奶60克,鸡蛋1个,葡萄干20克,蜂蜜20克,玉米油20克,小苏打0.5克,泡打粉2克
  • 2.200克板栗切口,放入蒸锅蒸熟。
  • 3.去壳,
  • 4.切碎后放入料理机搅打,
  • 5.成粉末状。
  • 6.鸡蛋,牛奶,油,倒入大碗,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.加入一半板栗粉末和蜂蜜,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.倒入剩下的栗子蓉,拌匀。
  • 9.加入葡萄干和小苏打,泡打粉,
  • 10.拌匀。
  • 11.装入纸杯中,
  • 12.放入烤箱,中层,上下火180度,烤约25分钟左右。
  • 13.表面金黄,出炉。
  • 14.立即脱模。
