蚝油香菇青菜!经典家常宴客菜

  • 1.准备上海青,香菇,蚝油,生抽。
  • 2.上海青清洗干净,把每一颗一分为二切开,是如图。
  • 3.锅中放适量清水,水开后放入上海青,加一勺盐,几滴油焯水1分钟。
  • 4.香菇清洗干净去根部,表面割十字花刀。
  • 5.用水焯2分钟捞出来备用。
  • 6.准备料汁,碗中放特级生抽2勺。
  • 7.蚝油2勺。
  • 8.再加一小勺玉米淀粉,适量的水混合均匀。
  • 9.把焯好的上海青摆入盘中。
  • 10.锅中放少许油,倒入香菇煸炒一分钟。
  • 11.加入混合好的料汁翻炒,大火收汁,出锅前加一点白糖调味。
  • 12.把香菇摆在青菜上,倒入剩余的汤汁,蚝油香菇青菜制作完成。
