Steps to make 提拉米苏芝士蛋糕

  • 1.烤箱预热160度,在烤盘底垫上烘培用纸,侧边抹上油。
  • 2.将饼干放入保鲜袋中用擀面杖擀碎,黄油微波10秒融化,和20克糖一起,搅拌均匀。
  • 3.将饼干碎混合物压平在烤盘底部,烤10分钟,取出放凉。
  • 4.将奶油奶酪,Mascarpone芝士,40克糖,用低速搅拌均匀。
  • 5.另取一碗,放入1杯重奶油,1/2杯糖粉,香草精,打发,轻轻地拌入芝士中。
  • 6.准备好咖啡,将手指饼干在咖啡中浸泡一下,平铺在饼底上。
  • 7.将芝士混合物倒入烤盘中,放入冰箱中冷藏5到6小时或一夜。
  • 8.将剩下的一杯重奶油加入1/2杯糖粉打发,装入裱花袋中。蛋糕脱模后,将奶油挤在蛋糕上,撒上可可粉和巧克力。
