Steps to make 双色奶油吐司

  • 1.将所有液体类材料放入面包机垫底;
  • 2.将所有粉类材料放在上层(除可可粉和巧克力酱以外),盐、糖、酵母粉分别放在三个不同的角落;
  • 3.揉至扩展阶段;
  • 4.分出其中的一半,加入可可粉,用手揉匀(可可粉容易到处喷溅,要慢慢揉,如果太干可以加入适量巧克力酱);
  • 5.把揉好的可可面团再放入面包机中揉一会儿,直至完全均匀;
  • 6.将可可面团和原味面团分放两处,放在温暖处发酵;
  • 7.发酵结束;
  • 8.将两团面都分成等量的两份,排气;
  • 9.将面团擀成牛舌形;
  • 10.将一黑一白两张面片叠起;
  • 11.卷好放入面包模中进行最后发酵;
  • 12.180℃,40分钟,完成。
