杏干香蕉冰激凌

Steps to make 杏干香蕉冰激凌

  • 1.用料:香蕉2根,淡奶油130克,自制无糖酸奶80克,糖40+20克,盐一捏,杏干65克。
  • 2.香蕉去皮,切小块,与酸奶一起放入大碗,捣成泥。
  • 3.加入40克糖。
  • 4.搅拌均匀,备用。
  • 5.淡奶油加入剩下的糖,用打蛋器搅打。
  • 6.打出梯田纹理,倒扣不掉落。
  • 7.加入香蕉泥,充分拌匀,继续打发2分钟。
  • 8.放入部分切碎的杏干,拌匀。
  • 9.倒入容器。再撒上剩下的杏干,盖上盖子,放冰箱冷冻至凝固。
  • 10.取出放室温,稍微回软一些,用勺子挖取食用。
