冰皮月饼
中秋快来了
美博里各种月饼也如火如荼了
今年也准备折腾一下了

其实对每个节日的美食我都是充满着期待的
就像端午的粽子
中秋的月饼等

先来做个简单的冰皮月饼吧
不用烤箱,在家就可以轻松搞定的呢
冰皮月饼主要是讲究冰冰凉凉有点Q弹的口感
外皮可以加各种色素做出各种缤纷的颜色呢
看着时髦又赏心悦目

內馅的选择也是比较丰富的
豆沙,栗子,紫薯之类的
我这次用的是市售的红豆沙(觉得有点甜)
如果有条件的话自己熬制吧
费点劲费点时间,可食物不会骗人,最后结果总会是满足的哦

  • 糯米粉45克
  • 粘米粉35克
  • 澄粉25克
  • 玉米油18克
  • 牛奶185克
  • 40克

Steps to make 冰皮月饼

  • 1.将牛奶,玉米油,糖粉倒入碗里搅拌均匀
  • 2.将糯米粉,粘米粉,澄粉倒入1中
  • 3.搅拌均匀,过筛下,静置半个小时
  • 4.盖上保鲜膜,放入烧开水的蒸锅,蒸25分钟,取出用筷子快速搅拌至顺滑
  • 5.冷却好的面糊分割成30克的小剂子
  • 6.豆沙分割成20克一个的小剂子(豆沙有点粘手,可以手上抹少许油)
  • 7.手上沾少许糕粉,将冰皮揉圆按扁,放上豆沙
  • 8.包好收口
  • 9.放入模具,压出月饼形状, 做好的冰皮月饼就可以直接吃了,不过放冰箱冷藏数小时后口味更佳哦
