圣诞帽香菇香肠包
新入手的珍妮珍馐纯肉肠,想着做什么好吃的。眼看着十二月,天冷了,圣诞节快来了,做了这个圣诞帽香菇香肠包。有主食有馅料,也算有颜值了吧。这个内部的馅料,可以直接当菜吃的,不用来包馅料,直接吃也很好吃哦,如果你觉得馅料少,可以吃的时候再多吃点,哈哈!

  • 香菇4朵
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 玉米1根
  • 面粉350g
  • 红曲粉2g
  • 酵母4g
  • 少许
  • 少许
  • 蚝油少许
  • 牛奶105g
  • 温水50g
  • 白糖15g

Steps to make 圣诞帽香菇香肠包

  • 1.准备好大部分材料
  • 2.香肠和玉米上锅蒸一下,大约十二分钟
  • 3.酵母先用温水化开
  • 4.加入面粉、牛奶、白糖搅拌成絮状
  • 5.分一半出来加入红曲粉,两个面团分别揉好进行发酵
  • 6.发酵的时候准备其它材料,香菇、胡萝卜去皮洗净切丁
  • 7.玉米粒剥下来、香肠切丁
  • 8.锅中少许油加热炒香菇丁和胡萝卜,加少许盐、蚝油调味(如果干可以兑丢丢香菇水)
  • 9.加入玉米粒和香肠丁炒匀
  • 10.发酵好的面团揉匀排气分成7份
  • 11.每一份都分成两半,一半再分成一半,搓成小球和长条
  • 12.大的部分擀皮,包入馅料
  • 13.收口向下,稍微往上团,高度上去一点,然后长条擀扁
  • 14.红色面团也是分小剂子,擀成椭圆形
  • 15.包裹住白色部分
  • 16.捏紧,向上团
  • 17.借助水,将球球和边缘粘上
  • 18.全部做好静置20分钟,上锅蒸15分钟,关火焖5分钟出锅即可
