玉米面发面饼

Steps to make 玉米面发面饼

  • 1.玉米面用开水烫一下,搅成颗粒状。
  • 2.晾凉后加入酵母,糖,鸡蛋,白面。加适量水搅拌均匀。
  • 3.揉成面团。
  • 4.发酵至两倍大。
  • 5.切成挤子。
  • 6.揉匀后按成2厘米厚的小饼。
  • 7.用刮刀或牙签按出8等份。
  • 8.轻轻按压就好。醒5到10分钟。
  • 9.放入电饼铛,一面烙3分钟左右。
  • 10.每面烙至金黄。喜欢火大的可以多烙几分钟。
  • 11.表面焦脆,里面暄软。
