Steps to make 越嚼越香的核桃酥

  • 1.准备好所需要的食材。
  • 2.核桃仁装在保鲜袋里,用擀面杖敲碎,不用敲的太小。
  • 3.玉米油加入鸡蛋和白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 4.再把低筋面粉、苏打粉和泡打粉过筛,筛入其中拌匀。
  • 5.再加入核桃碎戴上一次性手套,抓匀,核桃碎要留10克左右。
  • 6.将面团分成20克左右的面剂子。
  • 7.再揉圆,压扁,用擀面杖在中间的位置压一下,把剩下的核桃碎撒在上面,轻轻压一下,这样不容易掉。
  • 8.烤箱预热,上下火,中层160度烤20分钟左右,上色后关火,在烤箱里焖一会儿。
  • 9.再取出晾凉,完全凉透了就可以密封保存了。
