Steps to make 自制香肠

  • 1.成品图。
  • 2.制作方法:一斤半肉馅搅碎有颗粒刚好,半斤肉切薄片备用。

  • 6.肠衣洗掉盐分,用清水冲洗肠子。
  • 7.冲洗好的肠衣,加入适量高度白酒浸泡一会去腥味。
  • 8.肉馅盛入裱花袋中。
  • 9.肠衣末端打一个结扣,套上容器口,慢慢挤入肉馅。
  • 10.系上一扣,全部做好,用针表面扎孔排气。
  • 11.冷水下锅,全程中小火煮制。
  • 12.用盖锅盖,煮制过程中,时而用针扎孔,不能大火煮制,撇出血沫。
  • 13.煮熟捞出,控干水分备用。
  • 14.表面没有水分,刷一层油,在刷一层老抽上色。
  • 15.烤箱提前预热,上下火230烘焙15分钟。
  • 16.取出,放凉即可食用。
