1.内酯豆腐一盒，用刀沿边缘把塑料划开，把水倒出去。![]()
2.把豆腐倒扣在盘子上，切去一个角，就很容易把包装去掉。![]()
3.把豆腐划成小块，皮蛋切小块，放在一起。![]()
4.放入葱花。![]()
5.放入香菜。![]()
6.放入泰椒粒。![]()
7.调个料汁：生抽、糖、味精、鸡粉、香油、辣椒油、白芝麻、大蒜（喜欢醋的可以放点）。![]()
8.搅拌均匀浇在豆腐上面，即可。
