  • 1.先把面粉和盐混合,加入黄油用手搓成较粗的颗粒状
  • 2.依次加入杏仁粉,糖和肉桂粉,混合均匀
  • 3.加入打散的鸡蛋,混合均匀,放冰箱冷藏至少30分钟
  • 4.另外将苹果去籽切块备用
  • 5.烤箱预热190度,烤盘中铺上锡纸,把之前的面团均匀铺在烤盘底部
  • 6.再在表面放上苹果瓣
  • 7.放入预热好的烤箱烤约30分钟,至表面金黄且苹果变得柔软多汁
  • 8.取出,放凉,撒糖粉装饰,吃的时候搭配香草冰淇淋或者打发的奶油口感更佳呦
