  • 细砂糖50克
  • 鸡蛋38克
  • 低筋粉150克
  • 甜炼乳80克
  • 蜂蜜30克
  • 黄油15克
  • 纯速溶咖啡粉5克

Steps to make 蜂蜜炼乳夹心饼干

  • 1.饼干材料:黄油:75克、细砂糖:50克、鸡蛋:38克、低筋粉:150克
  • 2.夹馅材料:甜炼乳:80克、蜂 蜜:30克、黄油:15克、纯速溶咖啡粉:5克
  • 3.制作:1.先做饼干,黄油室温溶化先用打蛋器打散,再加细砂糖一起打发
  • 4.2.分2次加入鸡蛋液用打蛋器充分打发蓬松,颜色变浅
  • 5.3.分次筛入低筋粉,用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀
  • 6.4.最后加粉有点硬的时候可以直接用手抓捏揉成团
  • 7.5.将面团在硅胶垫上擀成厚约0.3厘米的面片
  • 8.6.擀好用花型饼干模刻压出形状
  • 9.7.再用小一圈的同款花型饼干模在刻出形状的面片中间刻出小花型
  • 10.8.拿掉切出的边角料,将刻好的环型面片和实心面片有距离的摆放在烤盘上,放入上下火180度的烤箱里,烤12分钟左右至饼干表面呈金黄色即可出炉
  • 11.9.接着做夹馅,将炼乳和小块黄油,蜂蜜一起放入溶化碗里用小火加热,边加热边搅拌直到黄油溶化,继续加热至沸腾不断搅拌直到混合物变浓稠,煮好离火继续搅拌使之冷却温热
  • 12.10.倒入咖啡粉,搅拌(不用搅拌咖啡粉完全溶化,不放咖啡粉即为原味馅料)
  • 13.11.趁馅料温热时涂抹在实心面片上
  • 14.12.再上面盖上一层环形饼干
  • 15.13.同样方法把剩下的饼干组合好即可
