Steps to make 辣炒年糕

  • 1.年糕剥去塑料膜,掰开。袋装的一袋可以炒两次。
  • 2.洋葱、青椒切块,红萝卜切片。
  • 3.炒锅内放适量植物油,烧到八成热,放一小勺辣椒酱炒出香味。
  • 4.放入洋葱、红萝卜翻炒。
  • 5.放入年糕,加生抽、花椒粉,翻炒。口味重的朋友适当加点盐。我用辣椒酱的时候一般不用盐。
  • 6.加高汤或清水,慢火煮3-5分钟。为防止难免年糕粘连,其间适当翻搅。
  • 7.汁收干后,加入青椒块和少许味精,翻炒均匀出锅。
