日式海鲜拉面
超级简单的日式海鲜拉面,拉面可以随意替换!都很美味,汤底用的是日式味增汤底,生活也需要仪式感~

  • 面饼1块
  • 鲜虾1只
  • 青口贝2个
  • 蟹肉棒2个
  • 龙虾丸1个
  • 西兰花2朵
  • 鱼板2片
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 1匙
  • 鸡精1匙
  • 日式酱油1匙
  • 味增汤料10g
  • 1匙

Steps to make 日式海鲜拉面

  • 1.准备好原料,喜欢什么海鲜可以随意替换,锅中装适量水,材料下去过水煮熟,容易熟的最后放。(青口贝比较脏,需要多清理几遍)在水中加入适当盐,熟后捞起备用。
  • 2.另起小锅烧水,水开后放入鸡蛋,煮5分钟。
  • 3.糖心蛋捞起后放入冷水中,等下比较好剥壳。
  • 4.鸡蛋剥壳中另起一锅水,开始煮面,待面条熟透后加入一勺盐,一勺鸡精和适量日式酱油,没有味增的可不加,加了之后味道更鲜甜哦。
  • 5.水开后将面捞起装入碗中,将事先准备好的材料摆盘,倒入锅内汤汁。喜欢葱花的可以撒上葱花。
  • 6.完成。超级好吃而且快捷。
