  • 1.朋友寄来的腊肉;
  • 2. 将腊肉放入开水洗干净;
  • 3. 放入锅中蒸上十分钟;
  • 4. 蒸好的腊肉切成片放入锅中, 加入少许油煸炒;
  • 5. 腊肉炒出油后加入姜蒜翻炒;
  • 6. 翻炒出香味后加入香干块后继续炒;
  • 7. 加入少许生抽和料酒;
  • 8. 再加入少许水煮上三分钟;
  • 9. 加入青椒一起翻炒;
  • 10. 青椒变色后最后加入盐等调料;
  • 11.盛入碗中, 表面上撒些小米椒点缀。
