  • 1.五花肉切小块,烧一锅水,水开后放入切好的五花肉和3片姜一起飞水
  • 2.煮至五花肉断生后,捞起待用
  • 3.锅子烧热,放少许油,并放入剩下的姜片爆香
  • 4.倒入五花肉,烧至微黄。
  • 5.倒入一碗开水。
  • 6.倒入适量的红烧汁,放入一小勺盐,试一下汤汁的味道,这时候的味道应该稍微淡一点,收汁后味道会变得重一下。
  • 7.盖上锅盖中小火焖至软烂
  • 8.大火收汁,装碟即可。
