  • 燕麦米40克
  • 糯米50克
  • 普通大米90克

  • 黑糯米30克
  • 花生少许
  • 蒜头2瓣
  • 葱白2段
  • 腊肠180克
  • 胡萝卜1根
  • 香菇数朵

Steps to make 腊八饭

  • 1.称量好材料:巴马黑米,巴马红粳米,糯米,黄小米,燕麦米,普通大米,黑糯米,花生。
  • 2.香菇洗净放清水中浸泡至软。
  • 3.将称量好的材料淘洗干净,放清水浸泡2个钟头。
  • 4.将泡好的材料倒入电饭煲内胆,放入平时煮饭时的水量。
  • 5.调入少许盐拌匀。
  • 6.胡萝卜去皮洗净切小块,泡发好的香菇切丝,腊肠用开水烫洗之后切片,蒜头和葱白切碎。
  • 7.锅中加入少许油,大火烧热,放入香菇,蒜末和葱白煸出香味。
  • 8.下入胡萝卜和腊肠翻炒均匀。
  • 9.炒至腊肠变色,调入少许盐炒匀即可关火。
  • 10.将炒好的材料倒入电饭锅内胆。
  • 11.盖上盖子,按煮饭功能键。
  • 12.煮饭程序结束后,开盖用饭勺拌匀即可食用。
  • 13.味道鲜香。
  • 14.香滑可口。
