Steps to make Snowflake Pastry

  • 1. Mix pistachios and almonds. Cut the almonds in half with scissors. (No cutting is okay.)
  • 2. Cut the dried cranberries into small pieces.
  • 3. Cookies, dried cranberries, and a mixture of nuts. (I used egg yolk pancakes for the cookies, which were both fragrant and delicious.)
  • 4. Milk powder.
  • 5. Small cotton candy. (For larger particles, it is best to cut them small for easier dissolution.)
  • 6. Put the butter into a non stick pot and cook until it dissolves.
  • 7. Pour in marshmallows.
  • 8. Mix over low heat until dissolved.
  • 9. Pour in milk powder.
  • 10. Turn off the heat and quickly mix until the milk powder dissolves. (If you want it to be harder, don't turn off the heat. The degree of softness depends on the time of frying, which means the higher the temperature, the harder the sugar will be.)
  • 11. Pour in cookies and dried fruit kernels.
  • 12. Quickly stir and mix evenly.
  • 13. Wear disposable gloves, fold them a few times to make the materials mix better and evenly, all coated with sugar.
  • 14. Put it into an 8-inch square plate covered with oil paper and press it flat.
  • 15. Sprinkle extra milk powder on the surface. (No need to sprinkle, sprinkle anti stick and more fragrant.)
  • 16. Take it out and continue to press firmly with your hands or rolling pin.
  • 17. Cool and cut into pieces.
  • 18. Crispy and delicious.
