绿豆马蹄糖水
糖水是广东地区汉族甜品小吃的总称,属于粤菜系。种类十分多样,基本就是把一些下火的材料加水和糖一起煮,十分消暑。
马蹄,具有清热生津,凉血解毒的作用。加入糖水中,脆脆的口感,相信很多人都喜欢。

Steps to make 绿豆马蹄糖水

  • 1.食材作备用。
  • 2.绿豆用清水洗净后,浸泡2个小时,用高压锅压五分钟。煮绿豆的同时来处理马蹄:先把马蹄的顶部和底部用刀切掉,然后再用削皮器转圈把马蹄的皮削掉。最后切成绿豆大小的小丁。
  • 3.把切好的马蹄放入高压锅内。
  • 4.再煮五分钟就好了。
  • 5.煮好后,放入红片糖,切成小丁的陈皮,吃起来口感更丰富。
