  • 1.称重好所有材料待用
  • 2.面粉、奶粉、盐过筛待用
  • 3.咖啡粉用牛奶调和好待用
  • 4.糖粉分三次加入黄油中打发至蓬松状态
  • 5.加入蛋黄液打发均匀
  • 6.再加入调和好的咖啡液
  • 7.搅拌均匀
  • 8.加入面粉、坚果搅拌均匀
  • 9.放置十五分钟左右待面粉和咖啡的味道完全混合吸收
  • 10.放模具整形后冷藏半小时切片
  • 11.烤盘上铺上油纸,将切好的饼干摆放在烤盘里面
  • 12.烤箱提前180度预热,烤20分钟左右即可
