Steps to make 花生米小白菜

  • 1.主料:小白菜、花生米
  • 2.将小白菜切段
  • 3.锅中放入少许油,先炒花生米(因为花生米出油,所以底油无需太多)
  • 4.放入花生米,小火翻炒,一定要不间断地翻炒,防止炒糊。
  • 5.炒至花生米变色,散出香味关火(大约5、6分钟吧)
  • 6.小白菜中加入15ml醋
  • 7.加入15克糖
  • 8.加入5克盐,拌匀
  • 9.在小白菜上撒上花生米即可。
