日式舒芙蕾芝士蛋糕

  • 奶油奶酪120克

Steps to make 日式舒芙蕾芝士蛋糕

  • 1.所有材料。鸡蛋之蛋黄蛋清分离。
  • 2.将白巧克力装小盆里隔水融化。
  • 3.奶油奶酪也室温软化搅拌成无颗粒。
  • 4.将融化的巧克力倒入奶酪糊里混合均匀。
  • 5.加入3个蛋黄翻拌均匀成蛋黄糊。(俺份量加倍)
  • 6.将3个蛋白装入无油无水的盆里,用电动打蛋器打至硬性发泡。
  • 7.取三分之一蛋白泡加入蛋黄糊里翻拌均匀。
  • 8.再将全部蛋黄糊倒入剩余的蛋白泡里翻拌均匀。
  • 9.将拌好的蛋糕糊倒入6寸蛋糕模里,轻震几下出气泡。预热好烤箱170度。
  • 10.将蛋糕糊送入烤箱中层,底部加盘温水,蛋糕糊放烤网上,用上下火170度,将蛋糕用水浴法烤45分钟即可出炉。
  • 11.成品。凉却后脱模。
  • 12.切块食用。如果放冰箱冷藏两个小时后食用口感更佳。
