  • 1.准备好食材。
  • 2.苋菜摘去根须后清洗干净,浸泡15分钟左右,滤干水分待用。 锅中加入适量清水,加入1小勺盐和几滴食用油(保持食材的本色),煮开后把苋菜放入焯水2分钟左右捞出,放入提前准备好的凉开水中过滤一下,捞出拧干水分,切成小段。
  • 3.锅烧热加入食用油,把花生米倒入翻炒,待出现哔哔啪啪声转小火炒一会即可捞出待凉。
  • 4.调料汁:蒜瓣压成蒜泥,加入2勺有机酱油,1克白糖和芝麻香油一起调匀。
  • 5.处理完毕所有食材。
  • 6.把调料汁倒入苋菜中拌匀。
  • 7.再倒入花生米一起搅拌均匀。
  • 8.装盘上桌。
  • 9.香脆好吃,特别适合这炎热的夏天食用。
