天气越来越热了,北京的最高温度已经到了二十多度,所以自己那颗爱吃冰淇淋的心又开始蠢蠢欲动,今年与往年不同,孩子大了点,也能跟我一起吃冰淇淋了,所以我入了冰淇淋机,这个夏天自己DIY冰淇淋,还能跟孩子来个亲子互动,今天分享抹茶口味,不加鸡蛋版本的,一次两杯刚刚好,颜色漂亮,抹茶味道很浓,个人表示很喜欢。

  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 牛奶30g
  • 淡奶油50g

Steps to make 抹茶冰淇淋(无鸡蛋)

  • 1.准备材料,将90克纯牛奶和3克抹茶粉放入奶锅,细砂糖和玉米淀粉放在一起,准备淡奶油和另外30克纯牛奶。
  • 2.抹茶粉和牛奶搅拌均匀,来小火加热至奶锅边缘起小气泡。
  • 3.倒入玉米淀粉和细砂糖,小火,不挺搅拌加热。
  • 4.直到牛奶的浓稠的状态,关火。
  • 5.倒入大碗中,晾凉。
  • 6.加入剩余的30克纯牛奶和50克淡奶油,用刮刀大致搅拌均匀。
  • 7.转入冰淇淋机中,选择醇厚口感,口感可以根据自己的喜好选择,等待即可。
  • 8.时间到,美味抹茶冰淇淋完成了,开吃。
  • 9.颜色漂亮,味道浓郁。
