自制薯条
用秋季的黄心土豆,现炸现吃,自制无添加,偶尔放肆一下再减肥吧。

Steps to make 自制薯条

  • 1.我用的超级大土豆,所以用了半个,去皮洗净。
  • 2.改刀成粗条。
  • 3.洗净淀粉。
  • 4.用厨房纸擦掉多余水分。
  • 5.放入大盆。
  • 6.撒入淀粉。
  • 7.用手抓匀。
  • 8.油锅烧到六成热。
  • 9.放入土豆条。
  • 10.中小火炸。
  • 11.炸到熟透捞出沥干。
  • 12.这是第一次炸熟的样子。
  • 13.油锅开中大火,再次放入土豆条,复炸一次。
  • 14.保持中大火,炸到表面金黄即可。
  • 15.捞出,趁热撒少许盐,用手抖着容器和均匀,搭配番茄酱或者你喜欢的酱料。
