日式海鲜乌冬面

Steps to make 日式海鲜乌冬面

  • 1.准备好所有材料
  • 2.将虾洗净控干水份,鲜犹鱼洗净切薄片,胡萝卜,洋葱,青椒,火腿切成细条状。
  • 3.取出400G乌冬面用手将面条拉开备用
  • 4.锅中倒入一勺玉米油稍微烧热。
  • 5.将鲜虾和鲜犹鱼下锅翻炒一下,至稍微卷起
  • 6.用筛器将其沥干油份备用,将锅中的水份倒掉
  • 7.锅中留少许油,倒入其它配料翻炒片刻
  • 8.加入火腿继续翻炒
  • 9.将鲜虾和鲜犹鱼一并加入,加入盐份
  • 10.这时就可以将事先准备好的乌冬面放入锅中一起炒匀
  • 11.加入生抽调色
  • 12.再加入些许黑胡椒炒匀即可出锅
