自制米酒

Steps to make 自制米酒

  • 1.准备好糯米,清洗干净。
  • 2.用水泡一个晚上(现在天热,放入冰箱)。
  • 3.第二天早上,泡好的糯米沥干水分,放入蒸锅中,用筷子插几个洞洞,方便上气。
  • 4.凉水上锅,上气后,蒸40分钟。
  • 5.蒸好的糯米饭晾至温热,35度左右,加入凉白开,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.加入酒曲,翻拌均匀。
  • 7.拌好的米放入容器中,压实,中间留一个洞洞。
  • 8.放入米酒机中(如果没有米酒机,也可以放在外面,用厚实的东西包好保温,也是可以的,只是相比较米酒机要时间稍微长点,2天左右)。
  • 9.36小时后,米酒就出来了。
  • 10.成品图。
  • 11.酒香扑鼻。
  • 12.装入玻璃瓶中,放入冰箱冷藏保存即可。
  • 13.装8~9分满即可,因为还会发酵。
  • 14.尝尝。
