Steps to make 日式炒乌冬

  • 1.圆白菜、洋葱洗净切适当大小,豆芽洗净
  • 2.蒜瓣、五花肉切片
  • 3.蚝油、生抽、清酒混合调成料汁
  • 4.锅中加水烧开,放入乌冬面汆烫1分钟捞起沥干。
  • 5.炒锅热油将蒜片炒香,放五花肉炒制变白
  • 6.放洋葱炒至7分熟
  • 7.加入圆白菜、豆芽炒至断生
  • 8.倒入乌冬面淋上调味汁,翻炒均匀
  • 9.撒上胡椒粉炒匀,起锅装盘,放上海苔丝装饰即可。
