Steps to make 简单易做的水晶芒果冻

  • 1.所需材料很简单:白凉粉25克,芒果1个,冰糖一块
  • 2.芒果洗净后贴着核横切一刀,把肉连皮往外翻,在上面划十字。
  • 3.贴着划了十字的芒果皮,把上面的果肉切下来,就成了芒果丁。
  • 4.奶锅里加500毫升水,把冰糖放进去,水烧开。
  • 5.秤25克白凉粉。
  • 6.倒入少许烧开的冰糖水调成糊。
  • 7.碗里的凉粉糊倒进奶锅中和冰糖水搅匀,小火,慢慢搅拌到水滚收火。
  • 8.凉粉水倒进已放好芒果丁的模具中,凝固凉透后,覆上保鲜膜放进冰箱冷藏室里冷藏,随吃随脱模。脱模时用牙签轻轻沿模具边划一圈,再慢慢挑出来或倒扣都可以。
