日式炸鸡排

  • 鸡胸肉500g(鸡腿肉)
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 洋葱30g
  • 味淋10ml
  • 生抽5ml
  • 黑胡椒粉5g
  • 10g
  • 白砂糖5g
  • 油炸粉100g

Steps to make 日式炸鸡排

  • 1.鸡胸肉或鸡腿肉,洗去血水,用刀背剁松散
  • 2.加盐、糖、味淋、黑胡椒粉抹匀腌制15分钟以上
  • 3.腌好的鸡肉,均匀的裹上油炸粉(面粉,淀粉,起酥粉有什么就用什么)
  • 4.裹好粉的鸡肉浸入水中数秒,捞出后再裹上一层油炸粉(这是靖丰在快餐店兼职的时候学到的,能让鸡排吃起来鲜嫩多汁)
  • 5.热锅起油,至180℃(筷子插油上滋滋冒泡),下鸡排炸至金黄
  • 6.打一个鸡蛋,用筷子略调散(不要拌匀)热锅起油,下洋葱条炒香后关火,下鸡蛋靠锅内余温煨熟,淋上生抽和味淋,装盘码放上切好的鸡排即可
