卤鸭掌鸭翅

  • 花椒2克

  • 生抽3汤匙
  • 六月鲜轻12克轻盐蜂蜜红烧酱油3汤匙

Steps to make 卤鸭掌鸭翅

  • 1.主要食材合集。
  • 2.鸭掌和鸭翅洗干净冷水下锅焯水,煮到白沫不再明显增加。
  • 3.焯好水的鸭掌鸭翅冲洗干净放入电饭煲中。
  • 4.加入姜、蒜、辣椒、香叶、八角、草果、山萘和花椒。
  • 5.加入2汤匙左右的盐,大概30克。
  • 6.3汤匙生抽。
  • 7.3汤匙蜂蜜红烧酱油(放了这个可以不用再放糖)。
  • 8.加入没过食材的水,搅拌几下,煮30分钟。
  • 9.煮好的鸭翅和鸭掌捞出晾凉。想味道更浓一些,可以等卤汤凉了后,再将鸭掌鸭翅浸泡过夜。
  • 10.直接吃清爽Q弹。口味重的可以加点姜蒜醋辣椒油凉拌了吃。
