牛油果紫甘蓝寿司饭
得到了一袋东北大米试用,打开袋子米香四溢,煮好米饭本来准备包点寿司卷,发现家里海苔没了,那就直接拌寿司饭吃了!

  • 紫甘蓝小半个
  • 木鱼花少许
  • 砂糖少许
  • 柠檬汁1/4个

Steps to make 牛油果紫甘蓝寿司饭

  • 1.把半个紫甘蓝焯水
  • 2.把焯水后的紫甘蓝切小,放人料理机搅打成泥
  • 3.用筛子过滤出紫甘蓝汁
  • 4.取一碗刚煮好的白米饭
  • 5.放人寿司醋,我还加了点砂糖搅拌均匀
  • 6.牛油果切成小丁
  • 7.加入少量柠檬汁
  • 8.用手持搅拌棒搅打成果泥,我没有打得太细有颗粒的
  • 9.把拌好的寿司饭分成两份,一份加入牛油果泥拌匀
  • 10.另一份加入适量紫甘蓝汁拌匀
  • 11.用慕斯蛋糕的模具,把米饭填在模具里
  • 12.我还加了几个甜虾、木鱼花装饰即可
