    • 1.豆芽洗净沥干。
    • 2.葱切丝。
    • 3.青椒切丝。干辣椒备用。
    • 4.热锅凉油,爆香花椒,将花椒盛出。
    • 5.倒入干辣椒炒出香味,倒入葱丝、青椒丝。
    • 6.倒入绿豆芽。
    • 7.倒入少许醋。翻炒均匀。
    • 8.放少许盐提味,再倒入少许醋。
    • 9.翻炒均匀即可装盘。
