爆浆蛋包饭

  • 鸡蛋3~4个
  • 口蘑3~4朵
  • 青豆50g
  • 黑胡椒粉15g
  • 白砂糖5g
  • 水淀粉10g
  • 牛奶50ml
  • 芝士一片
  • 大蒜15g
  • 黄油30g

Steps to make 爆浆蛋包饭

  • 1.培根切片、青豆洗净沥干水、口蘑洗净切薄片备用。
  • 2.生菜切丝用作配菜。
  • 3.大葱切圈用来装饰。
  • 4.鸡蛋加入牛奶调散备用。
  • 5.蒜切末备用。
  • 6.小火化开黄油后加入蒜末炒出香味。
  • 7.下培根炒至边缘微焦。
  • 8.下入青豆再翻炒2分钟。
  • 9.最后下入蘑菇片翻炒1分钟。
  • 10.加入高汤(没有高汤白开水也行)、黑胡椒粉、白砂糖、盐调味小火炖煮5分钟。
  • 11.最后起锅前放上一片芝士,倒入水淀粉勾芡。
  • 12.刚煮好的米饭盛出摆好造型(可以选择白米饭也可以用炒饭,应为要用菜做浇汁了所以就选白米饭了,如果是用纯酱汁或者番茄酱沙拉酱做浇汁就可以选择用炒饭)。
  • 13.与此同时另一锅内小火在锅内抹上一层油,倒入蛋液,不停用筷子搅拌让中间的蛋液呈絮状。
  • 14.将蛋皮两边翻起包裹住中间没凝固的蛋液(应为是第一次做怕把蛋皮翻破,所以煎得老一点,如果还是怕弄破还可以在蛋液里加少许淀粉)。
  • 15.然后把煎好的蛋倒扣在热乎乎的米饭上(这一步一点要翻锅一气呵成)。
  • 16.用刀沿着蛋包中间划开(最精彩的一刻有木有~本来想拍个动图的,一手拍一手切实在是做不到啊 >.
  • 17.最后把培根蘑菇浇汁淋在蛋包饭上撒上葱花装饰,元气满满的爆浆蛋包饭就完成了~
