花豆大碴子粥

Steps to make 花豆大碴子粥

  • 1.先将玉米碴、花扁豆和花生米洗干净浸泡一夜。
  • 2.放入点炖锅中,加入适量的清水,水量尽量多放一些,碴子粥稀呼呼的才好吃。
  • 3.盖上盖上,开启高温挡按键开始煮制。
  • 4.锅开煮后煮制的过程中,要调到底温挡,或者是保温挡,来回的调换几次。
  • 5.煮熟后一直放到保温挡,上面的汤汁已经非常粘稠了。
  • 6.挖一勺看看,碴子和豆子已经非常软烂了,我是早上开始做的,到晚上开始吃正好。
  • 7.香喷喷的大碴子粥,俺们东北人最得意这口,隔三差五的就来上一锅,配上点咸鸭蛋或者是晾拌大茄子,每次吃到撑哈哈~话不多说开吃吧!
