在家也能做出餐厅范哦~【日式蛋包饭】
以前只吃过蛋炒饭,第一次吃蛋包饭,还是在日式的餐厅里,觉得样式新奇味道也不错,也就喜欢上了这道主食~便琢磨着在家能不能做,这不,家庭版的日式蛋包饭就登场了~味道绝对不比餐厅的差哦,健康又实惠!大爱大爱啊~~

    Steps to make 在家也能做出餐厅范哦~【日式蛋包饭】

    • 1.准备好米饭(我用的头天的剩饭),玉米粒,辣椒洗净去籽,大葱取一小节洗净,磕两个鸡蛋。
    • 2.青红辣椒切丁,大葱切末,鸡蛋打散。
    • 3.锅内加入适量油,大火烧油温至八成热下葱花,翻炒出香味。
    • 4.倒入准备好的玉米粒,青红辣椒丁,稍稍翻炒。
    • 5.加入米饭。
    • 6.把米饭跟菜炒均匀,炒散,剩米饭炒的时候用勺子压压就容易散了,结块的炒饭口感会不太好,控制好火候,防止糊锅,出锅前放适量盐和鸡精调味,盛出。
    • 7.平底锅内刷一层油,中小火。
    • 8.低低的倒入蛋液,晃动锅子,让蛋液均匀的铺满锅底。
    • 9.蛋液凝结了一部分的时候在蛋饼的半边放少量刚才炒好的米饭,边缘要留出空隙,不要放太多,否则容易露馅~
    • 10.小心的把另一面翻着盖过来,用铲子轻轻压压边缘直至粘合。
    • 11.起锅装盘~配点番茄酱什么的就很美味了~怎么样,够简单吧,尝试一下发现绝对不比餐厅里吃的味道差哦!
    • 12.炒好的炒饭单吃味道也超棒!
