  • 1.百合和莲子提前泡开,莲子去芯,大米淘洗干净,枸杞洗干净备用。
  • 2.锅中加入适量清水,煮开后先下莲子煮二十分钟,然后把大米和百合下入锅中,煮开后改小火再煮半个小时。
  • 3.加入枸杞煮两分钟,关火出锅。
  • 4.喜欢甜的,喝的时候可以加些糖。
