云南汽锅鸡
从云南带回来了一只汽锅,小学的时候,曾经喝过一次汽锅鸡汤,味道是非常的鲜美,今天自己也来做一回。
汽锅鸡的做法和材料,都很简单,要的,就是原滋原味的鲜味。

Steps to make 云南汽锅鸡

  • 1.把鸡肉洗净,姜切大片,鸡肉用盐、胡椒粉腌制半个小时,胡椒粉不可放多,一点点就好。有胡椒粒最好
  • 2.把鸡肉放进汽锅底部,在面上放姜片,葱段
  • 3.再把香菇放在上面,这样就可以了,汽锅是不用加水的,因为中间的气嘴,把蒸汽升入锅里
  • 4.本来应该是在汽锅下面放一个和汽锅差不多大的锅,但是我这个煲汤的电锅,火力太小,放弃了。
  • 5.放入大锑锅中也是一样的,盖上盖子,水烧开后,用中火汽三个小时,中途注意要加水,但不可揭开汽锅的盖子,一直让底部的水蒸气,在汽锅里保持温度和湿度。
  • 6.三个半小时后,终于出锅了,打开盖子,香气扑鼻而来。
  • 7.现在的锅里,是满满的一锅汤。
  • 8.最后近照来一张,不用放鸡精和味精,味道非常的安逸,汤特别鲜。
