皮蛋瘦肉粥
早餐米粥换个样吃,加了一个大大的皮蛋,加上多多的瘦肉,哈哈~比家楼下杨妈妈粥铺的实惠多了,而且味道一点都不差~

  • 皮蛋1个
  • 廋肉50g
  • 一小块
  • 小葱二颗
  • 胡椒粉少许
  • 精盐半小匙
  • 蚝油少许
  • 一品鲜酱油少许
  • 玉米油一小匙

Steps to make 皮蛋瘦肉粥

  • 1.食材集合。
  • 2.瘦肉顺着纹路切丝,加入少许精盐、蚝油、一品鲜酱油、胡椒粉和玉米淀粉抓拌至粘稠,加玉米油拌均煨一会备用。
  • 3.皮蛋我用一根细线勒成瓣,如果用刀切要粘水。
  • 4.然后再切成块。
  • 5.开始煮粥,水开下大米,轻轻推搅一下底部防止糊底,中火煮制。
  • 6.粥熟时下入姜丝、肉丝,轻推散开,再下入皮蛋,开始调味:加入适量精盐、胡椒再煮五分钟。(锅没看住,噗锅了,不好看了),所以大家要注意锅里米粥棉绸时,开盖或小点火。
  • 7.出锅前撒上小葱花。
  • 8.香喷喷~成品图。
